For the first twenty years of my career I worked as an Osteopath, for the past ten I have been working as a specialist Osteomyologist.
Why come to see me?
I have had over 30 years of experience
How does it work?
My treatment methods include deep massage and stretching of muscles and fascia. I also use spinal manipulation and the stretching of joints through very precise, passive techniques. This reduces muscle spasm, increases mobility and creates a healthier state in which damaged tissues can heal more efficiently. My methods are individually tailored to take into account the differences between each persons’ condition and sensitivities.

“I have been treated by a sizeable number of osteopaths, and related practitioners, in England and the Continent. Paul Manley is by far the best of these. I first went to him over thirty years ago when I had a severe neck problem. My neck was apparently joined to my vertebrae, so that I couldn’t turn my neck without turning my whole body. Apart from the fact that this was very uncomfortable it was also dangerous when I was driving. Paul sent me for an X ray, and then treated me. After two or three treatments he freed my neck completely, and it has remained in good shape ever since. I have continued to go to Paul over the years whenever I have had a back or hip problem, and he has unfailingly corrected any problem. I have also recommended him to friends and colleagues , and they have invariably found him very helpful.
