How to work the movies - where you see the sign press down left mouse button and move mouse side to side to animate.

Colour coding of muscle contraction and relaxation

Muscles in contracted state - Green
Muscles in relaxed state - Red

Instructions:The 3D 'movies' will animate when you press down your left mouse button and then, whilst keeping it down, move your mouse from side to side (dragging).



Animate

You can also zoom in and out by pressing the
shift (zoom in) and ctrl (zoom) out keys on your keyboard.

Animation can also be controlled by using your keyboard
left - right arrow or cursor keys.



Zoom

If you can see the animated version on the right, then practice your mouse interaction skills with it. The moment you click on the image you will be able to move and zoom the animation yourself.

If no image is showing to the right of this text then you are in need of Quicktime on your PC.
